Patton fan with "Cooler" Knob and 4 point base

THAT IS ACTUALLY A WINDOW STYLE FAN ... THE IDEA OF THE BASE WAS TO ANCHOR THE FIN IN EXHAUST POSITION IN FRONT OF THE WINDOW. THE TWO TUBES YOU HAVE ON THE FLOOR WITH THE BLUE PLASTIC INSULATOR RINGS HAVE 4 HOLES FOR MACHINE SCREWS AND NUTS WITH THE SCREW HEAD FACING THE FAN AND THE MACHINE SCREW THREADS FACING OUT. THEY WERE CAPPED WITH PLASTIC INSULATORS SOMETHING LIKE A WIRE NUT

YOU TURNED THAT FLOOR BASE FROM HORIZONTIL TO VERTICAL, OPEN THE WINDOW WHICH HOPEFULLY OPENS FAR ENOUGH, THE BOTTOM 2 COVERED SCREW CAPS WENT IN THE WINDOWSILL WHERE THE CLOSED SASH BASE WOULD BE, AND THE UPPER TWO SCREWS WITH CAPS WOULD SIT BEHIND THE SASH WHICH CAME DOWN ON TOP OF THE FANS TUBES (LIKE A BOX FAN) AND THE WEIGHT OF THE FAN, AND MOTOR WOULD HOLD THE PLASTIC CAPS AGAINST THE SASH AND WINDOWSILL..TA DA A WINDOW FAN...SAME CONCEPT AS JAMMING A BOX FAN IN A WINDOW. THE THERMO MODEL IS REALLY NOT COMMON AS SHOWN IN YOUR PICTURE YOU COULD ALSO USE THIS FOR FLOOR USE. SOMEONE REMOVED YOUR 4 PLASTIC CAPS AND THE MACHINE SCREWS
