John Landstrom
Says it’s a GE fan. Not familiar with it, I’m a newbie. Says it works, no cage. Worth $30 and a 30 min drive?
Steve Sherwood
It is a GE. Not worth $30 to me, but if you can rewire it, find a cage, paint it, it might be worth $30 to you.

Levi Mevis
It looks to be a first generation Quiet Blade fan, which those are very nice fans, (they were what the Vortalex fans descended from.) Depending on the seller and the situation if you can get the price down you can more than likely find a cage for it on either feebay or on here in the BST section and rewire it and it will be a nice quiet breeze maker and a good daily runner. 👍 Edited July 12, 2022 by Levi Mevis
Tim Babcock
30 bucks for a working vintage fan like this is a fair buy IMO. The parts are worth way more than that. Not sure how hard it would be to source a cage, but my guess is you would pay 30 bucks for a cage.
