Lexie Kensington Posted August 19, 2022 Share Posted August 19, 2022 After quite a few hours of tinkering delight, I did get this new to me Emerson 45641 Long Nose running again. Apparently the first energy put to it in over 60 years. I rewound the speed coil and one field coil from scratch. All the other Field Coils were good. I R/R the cloth wrappers and thread ties. It works on three speed options. The thrust bearing pack is bad and incomplete. Who can tell me solutions? I am not a stickler for originality when it comes to bearings.
