Scott Iverson
Speaking of box fans, thought I'd throw this one in that I've had around for a long while! A Spartan D98, I remember it from my parent's house when I was a wee lad in the early 60's, and have hung onto it ever since. I've been through the motor, still works great, 3 speeds, and still use it in my office/pole barn/man cave. Thinking to put a new cord on soon, a grounded one. Just thought I'd throw this out here. I used to see these once-in-a-while when antiquing with my folks back in the 80-90's, but now don't see them at all and can't find much info online, either. Stan Adams
Spartan was a FASCO product rebadged for Montgomery Wards. Great thing is it has wonderful sentimental connections.

Scott Iverson
The new cord has been fitted, a 3-wire grounded cord for a little added safety, and in silver dacron for a touch of class, even if it is from Montgomery-Wards. 😉 Mid-century vibe, as they say. Working at home from an insulated pole-barn, the Cyclo gets used a lot in the summer to move the air from a way undersized window A/C unit. Helps out a bunch! No reason old stuff can't be useful. Wishing my wife would say that about me more often... 😏 Scott
