...Been awhile since an update:

Let's see what's new:

Shown: "Vortaluxe" Late 80s or 1990s style.

It's my largest blade at nearly 6".

(6" blue shown as comparison, blue is from a Cool Breeze)

My "Vortaluxe" blade is highly efficient,

extremely quiet and surprisingly powerful.

Equipped to accept a 2mm shaft, which puts it's motor voltage range at 1.5-9Volt.

If made of metal, 12Volts.

The process: (PICS)...

The key is the MASTER COPY....

...Without the master copy, the blade cannot be duplicated.

...Long story short, trash become fan...

Err, the making of one at least...

I used the Pudding cups, cut the tops off...

...Repeat the process 3 times...

...Yep, WESTINGHOUSE...

This is a 3-Ring version.

...Made of 3 Pudding cups.

..MASTER COPY needed to duplicate 4 internal struts.

A great practice run before working with metal.

...Ah!

"...Thar be treasure..."

More like,

There be a TOSHIBA... 🤔

...My TOSHIBA fans cost nothing, I can add any feature I've always wanted.

Runs smooth, balanced & virtually silent.

...and it's BLUE!

One of these takes 120volts to run...

...One only takes a mere 9volts...

My TOSHIBA is also highly efficient,

the other blade, not so much.

Last one for now,

"...General Electric's BEST blade that will blow away even a TOSHIBA in

performance and silence..."

Now in Transparent Blue:

...Some free time again...

Per usual,

Some plastic scraps are ready to be repurposed...

...What will it make? 🤔

"GE's BEST blade just got better...

...Presenting the GE VORTALUXE  fine assortment of fans."

(Sneek a Peek)

...Well, that's all for now...
