Old belt driven ceiling fans

Hello, I am new to fan collecting. I got these fans from a restaurant from Indiana, I was told they came from an embassy in Chicago. They are belt driven and no markings on them.  Can anyone help me identify them, age, value? Thank you. Sincerely, Tomas

Definitely Casablancas. Contact Tom Frampton of Fanimation. He was involved with their production in the 70's -80's.

Very nice! I've always liked the old belt drive fans. They are so overcomplicated and ornate. Love things like this!

There's a Restaurant in South Bend, Indiana that used to be the old Studebaker Mansion (I can't remember the name of the restaurant right now) that has some of these fans running in their dinning areas.

There was a bar in downtown Richmond called Shockoe slip Cafe.   It had an antique belt drive fan that covered the entire place.    It was awesome and I would stare at it when we went there.   That was in the 80's and 90's.     Shockoe slip was initially tobacco warehouses and such but the Confederates burned it when Richmond fell in 1865.  It was rebuilt with red brick and that fan was from the late 1800's is my guess.  All fancy cast iron with large belts at least 8" wide.
