I had no clue what it was! No wiring was a mystery - - - & I could not find the ad, was sure it was in my watch list.

The story goes, these were given to the R&M fan salesmen. They’re radiator caps. When they pulled into town, the blades would soon, attracting attention.

A friend from church collects car accessories.  He had the blades nickel plated. He bought it just  as a radiator cap, didn’t care that it’s a fan.
