Need help with removing the blade on a McGraw-Edison Model 124003, possibly similar to Panasonic F-1205.  I have removed the reverse screw knob, but the blade does not lift out.  I am afraid to pry it out and possibly damage it. 

I also need suggestions for removing the oscillating pin/knob.  My fan was working OK with bouts of slow fan rotation but it has now stopped rotating completely, so I think it needs lubrication.  I can hear the motor humming when its on but the fan is still.  Thanks for any help with this.
