Hi Jamie,

Tried responding to a post with a pdf file.  It would not load.  Renewed my adobe acrobat subscription and transformed the pdf to a jpeg.  Still would not load.  Do you have any suggestions for me.  I am not very techie.

Thanks,  Tom N

Hi Tom, I'm not sure you can reply to a post with a PDF only, and the size of the PDF or JPG file may be too large for the forum to accommodate. There are a handful of reasons you may not be able to get your file to upload. A few you can try are:

  1. Change jpeg to jpg on the file name (Most times you can't just change the suffix on a file to reformat it, but in this case, you can remove the "e" with no issues)
  2. Make sure your file is RGB (screen) colors and not CMYK (print) colors
  3. Make sure your file name isn't too long and that it contains no special characters (&%@!*#).
  4. Make sure the file isn't too many MB (Megabytes) in size. I would try to keep it to less than 10
  5. Email it to me and see if I can get it and reformat it so that it can be uploaded. 😁
