Lane Shirey Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 Kinda interesting that they borrowed R&M’s name used for their peacock fan. Quote
Scott Stimpfle Posted May 4, 2023 Author Posted May 4, 2023 Lane, good morning, quick question, when you mention the “R&M name” are you referring to Modernistic? If so that would make some since to why when I did a search using that word it seemed come all R&M style of fans. Any information on the relationship between StarRite and Fitzgerald? Thanks Quote
Geoff Dunaway Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 When U mention Crest, Fitzgerald rebranded their whole line of fans for some retailer as the Crescent fan. The only place U would see that name is on the missing brass cage badge. I've never known what company they rebranded the fans for. Some keen fan historian may have the answer to that question. Quote
Anthony Lindsey Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 Was this fan manufactured before or after the RM Modernistic fan? Quote

I don't know. and they happen to fall into a time period difficult for me to pull up in the books. Maybe Mike Kearns and his old paper access. Quote
