12" Dayton Model 50 restored

Bought this tab foot fan from a AFCA member. It's a stationary three speed with bb/bc. Circa 1910. I stripped it all down and then powder coated it. Not many features to talk about but it runs great in three distinct speeds It runs quiet and smooth with no vibration.

Vic, that is a beautiful restoration. Do you do your own powder coating, or do you have it done by someone else? If outside work, is it expensive? Sure makes a nice finish. Also, did you rebuild the switch or buy a new one and install it? It looks new. If bought, where can I get one?

Thanks for the photos. I will rebuild mine at some point and I may have more questions.

Thanks Gerry, been doing my own powder coating for about a year now.To have someone do it for might cost around $80. I restored the switch that came with the fan. The thing that works well for me is Purple Power to clean the porcelain switch plates.
