Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a GE Pancake fan?

I must have messed up. I replaced wire for wire one at a time and all I got was an arch on the coil. I pulled the plug and need a diagram to make sure its wired right. When I disconnect the head wires and put on alligator gears direct I get a real faint hum but will not run. It was running. If anyone has a wiring diagram and an idea of what could be wrong I would appreciate it. Also have a problem getting the set screw for the rotor to hold the shaft in place. Is there a part that goes in-between the rotor and the set screw? Its a 1906 model

Thanks to Kim for sending me the diagram. Fan is running. the issue was the wires from the coil come two to the connection and some were broken leaving an open connection.

The taps on the choke have 1 wire for the first and last, the three in the middle have 2 wires. Med high, medium, and med low taps are drawn out then folded back on themselves to continue to the next tap.
