David A Cherry
Someone sent me this bad picture and asked me what I thought it was.. the blade looks British. The motor looks early colonial and the cage Westinghouse. Anyway, I thought I would see if anybody recognizes anything… sadly there’s only this one picture to go by.. the other picture is the closest I can find from my Pinterest site..the blade looks like a verities the way it’s put together at the hub.. any thoughts? Michael Rathberger
The other picture is a Holtzer Cabot ball motor I think. The cage seems to match too.

David A Cherry
The guy that sent it to me lives in Cambodia. He is selling for a friend. I know nothing about it other than he asked me what I thought it was. He now knows that the blade is wrong. That’s for sure it may or may not be a Holtz Cabot ball motor.. it’s the only picture that he says he has so I ask him how much and he said $550 US.. very very risky sending that money unless you’re planning on going to Cambodia with a ball bat if things go south.. he contacted me through messenger Facebook messenger somehow, this is all I know.. I’m going to stay away from it. I guess the best thing to do is to advise him to put it on eBay so I will let him know to stick it on eBay personally I’m not interested too risky for me but anyway, thanks everyone for chiming in. I appreciate this…
