Does anyone here know how to operate this DC volt converter? 
It is a Marelli motor.

One motor is powered to turn the other which converts. There has got to be an output on the converter somewhere.

I had a chance to buy a H-C converter when I was traveling, and I forgot to bring my forklift. So that is the best I can do for you.
