It would. My original comment was misunderstood, but it doesn't make sense that emerson skipped over a 16" 6 wing DC when 16" 6 wing fans were made in every other arrangement, yoke. swivel trunnion, stick, oscillator, and from the ornate motor era to the steel blade era. Fishy stuff!
