BEJON I THINK ONE OF THE THINGS THAT IS COMMON TO ALL OF US IN AFCA IS WE HAVE SHOPS FULL OF PROJECTS  AND LOTS OF WANTS AS TO WHAT WE WANT TO ACCOMPLISH....AND IT IS YEARS WORTH OF TIME AND EFFORT .... HENCE OUR PERIODIC REALITY CHECK AND PARTING WITH THINGS WE WILL NEVER GET TO! GOOD LUCK WITH IT ALL
