Its production was documented in the electrical journals, but this single image is the only supporting evidence of their being manufactured I’ve yet to find… Possibly none known to exist?

I removed my previous comment. I certainly didn’t pay close enough attention to the picture.  🧐

Production model?
Or early prototype?

I'd guess early prototype.

I can just imagine the
spinning fan being pushed
backwards into the hunched
over drooping head.

Strangely enough, paradoxically, the 1906 article claims that all were 8-inch size... but their 1905 article had just announced the 12-inch size. The photo proves its existence, to my mind... though its discontinuance suggests small numbers... or difficulties... or lack of market. As to why they decided upon ten-inch, dunno. All examples I've seen photographed appear to have been 8-inch, and I've not seen any writer address size as an identifying characteristic. Are any that are out there actually 10-inch fans unidentified or acknowledged as such?

Big thanks....just the pictures I needed.  George Durbin found one with the missing chunk on the switch area and I was trying to figure out what it looks like.  I can begin mocking it up.

Did you find that switch Kovar? I know it was not an easy find! Remind me what made that switch a tough get?
