It is the only late 30s DC Standard Edgar T. Ward circulator I have ever witnessed. If I am not mistaken, I think Steve Rockwell posted the manufacturer of their later style motor. The early Ward motors were manufactured by GE. The larger circulators came in two sizes, that being 22" and 28". The more stylish Prince model came with a 16" blade powered by a Signal Electric motor.
