    Diehl badge CAD

Another badge project for the train fans. It would appear these train fans have extremely thin badge. Most of them have minor dents and the relief is very thin. I am going to offering these in printed polish steel with a better relief. For these fans. Bobby...yours will be free of charge. Thank you for sharing your incredible restoration!

    Gilbert Pen Holder CAD

I did pick up the casting but they were no good...did not pass my quality test. I will be drawing them in CAD and making them available in printed steel instead. Just got making the interior mold part. I need to be able to visualize the inside cavity so I can draw them. Also, the weak point on these is the neck area...breaks easily if you bend it. The new stainless steel will take care of this weak part. The bottom portion was pressed in with clay. I sprayed the interior with release mold prior to curing. I sped up the curing process by putting in the oven. Once it cools, I will twist/rotate to release the mold. This will give me an accurate way to draw the interior which is nearly impossible to measure.
