    R&M List 11530 - Restoration

I recently picked up this R&M List 11530, 12” BB/BC “Gearback”. It was in unknown running condition. Cosmetically it should be fine. A little paint loss here and there (mostly around the base) and the bottom pan is very rusty. But the Japan should clean up nice. Missing two motor housing screws and, of course, the shoulder screw from the bottom of the oscillator wheel. No problem if I have to fabricate one till an original surfaces. So I’m starting on the electrical and mechanical review. Pulled the stator. Looks ok, the taps are a bit fragile and beat up but I get readings. That’s where I have my first question. Readings are: A-B 113, B-C 111, A-C 26. Thoughts?
