Russ Huber
Signal's second fan to market since their 1919 incorporation. So far from the from the first fan they placed on the market in 1923-1926 Signal's largest fan sported a 9" blade. It appears 1927 was the introduction of their first 12" and 16" fans. The base is cast iron. The armature construction and field winding remind me of the cast iron 8" Menominee. It runs low decibel and very well for a brush fan. Russ Huber
The above stationary Signal 8" fan was on the market 1924-26. The oscillating 8" Junior was introduced in 1925. Their first model introduced in 1923 was the 9" aluminum Cool Spot in both oscillating and stationary models. 1924 1926 Edited March 28 by Russ Huber
