And we're putting the finishing touches to the new GE wing of the museum....

In addition to having more fans in the downstairs museum, we've added a separate addition to the museum specifically for displaying the Emerson fans. It will also have two levels....

The one I found in Iowa before and after. Brass blade painted black (1921+). I don't believe the base to be correct, however, not sure.

Patent only lists Howard D Colman - is this pre Barber-Colman? Both the cast-iron/steel and the bakelite version list the same patent number on their bases. Notice the rear housing vent shapes and presence of the screws in the patent figures versus how the on the cast-iron/stamped steel version versus the bakelite version... \ Cast-iron base, stamped steel motor housing... Another example... Barcol Bakelite...
