Collecting Battery Fans..

...Video attempt:

Shown running,

Surprisingly, it has 3 speeds.

Uses a BLDC motor, similar to CPU fans.

These motors do not tolerate voltage loss very well.

Loss of voltage or unstable power causes fan to default to "off"

Or it goes to a lower speed.

Or in rare cases, it may increase past its MAX speed. 😐 😨

...

My older DC motor fans are better. 😎

...I have gathered many armature and wiring/ metal salvage that

will one day make beautiful fans (like or similar) to this a reality..

...Just in miniature.

...

...

I have, to date,

only made one working Open-motor that was given away many years ago.

I remember having to align the brush assembly just right,

the blue sparks were mesmerizing... 😎

(Motor ran so smoothly,

originally built it during my crazy miniature vacuum days

to power a mini vacuum I tried making)

...I stopped assembly at the vacuum bag, as no matter how hard I tried

I could not learn how to sew my own mini vacuum bags- 😵
