Moline, Illinois is a small town if you are a well connected fan maker, though. in 1932, George Tank is elected the Mayor of Davenport, Iowa, not too far from Moline, Illinois, where his cousin, H.C. His partnership with Steeb dissolves later, and Tank is in a partnership with his cousin, George, a silent partner. Mike Kearns Posted April 16, 2022 Author Share Posted April 16, 2022 (edited) The fans are marketed with moderate success, considering Tank could probably from his rooftop see Kloppenborg and Simko cranking out circulators in his neighborhood, figuratively speaking. 1939 was probably his best year, then the Japanese bomb Pearl Harbor, we declare war on them, and the Axis Treaty obligates Germany and Italy to declare war on us. World War Two is started in 1941.
