Jack Minor
Well it took me a while but I finally cleaned up this Freshy that I bought over a year ago at the Tulsa FF. It sat in my shed and garage, taken apart and somewhat scattered. I got a wild hair and finally got it cleaned up, a new power cord put on it and reassembled. I’m very pleased with how it turned out. Not gonna lie, I had a friend who only barely likes old fans do the cage cleanup and she did GREAT! Check er out…
Patrick Ray
That's a beautiful fan Jack! That's kinda nudging me into getting back into my Freshy pedestal project! Mine needs a bit more than cleanup. Gotta unbend and reweld the cage, and I don't know if my chrome can be saved or if it needs a rechrome. Already got the base and blade powder coated. Please send that "wild hair" my way! 😊
Jack Minor
You can do it, Patrick! BTW, that fan of yours I won in this year’s FF auction, I gave to a very close friend who’s always been very supportive of my fan hobby. He and his wife were both thrilled with the gift 😄
Allen Moore
Wow…That looks amazing! What size is it and how many speeds? I have a couple freshys and the low speed is very low, I love them. I’ve never seen a pedestal in person, I need to find one!

Just where in the heck do I put it when I'm done? I gotta stop buying pedestals 🤣

I have two of these Longnose’s in my living room. I restored both but the blades are original.

It stands 6 feet tall and the blade seems to be roughly 24” across. Thanks for your interest!
