Trevor Andersen Posted November 2, 2021 Posted November 2, 2021 (edited) Finished up this project. I still need the oscillator arm and shoulder screws as this arm is borrowed from a rusted out DC R&M I will restore in the future. I also have a 16 inch 6354 I need the gearbox for and oscillator arm and screws. Painted the badge and tags on this. Used a stencil for the switch numbers. Pinstriped for the first time. This is probably my last fan I will use rattle can paint as I have moved on to water based paint. This is an auto primer, primer sealer, automotive enamel gloss black. 20211101_172026.mp4 Edited November 2, 2021 by Trevor Andersen 1 Quote
Patrick Ray Posted November 2, 2021 Posted November 2, 2021 Very nice! What was your pinstripe method? Quote
David Kilnapp Posted November 2, 2021 Posted November 2, 2021 Very nice restoration. Love the pin striping. Looks like you have room in your fan room for more fans. It's an addictive hobby for sure. 1 Quote

I was going to get rid of it as I've turned this room into my office and didn't need it here anymore. Guess I'll have to get a new one as this is a cheap and rickety ladder shelf. I have about 30 more fans in my basement workshop to get to. I need much more shelving. Quote
