Dustin Meyer
I am restoring a 21" Lake Breeze hot air pedestal fan. It is missing a couple of parts for the Stirling engine. I have disassebled a 16" engine to compare parts. I am posting pictures of both engines. The 16" has a counterweight on the drive shaft but it is missing from the 21" Also missing is the brass "start" knob. I have zero knowledge or experience working on hot air fans so any help would be appreciated. First of all does the long stroke 21" fan have a counterweight? The motor didn't appear to have been molested when I got the fan. The end on the driveshaft on the 16" fan is threaded for the brass start knob, the shaft for the 21" motor is smooth. Any advice or parts will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
