Of course the pot metal oscillating ring was gone, some had welded a lug on the bottom and made a stationary fan out of it. Good reason to make a brass one! Replaced the front bearing housing with a Tim Marks solid brass one, fab up a brass oscillating arm and a 8 wire cage.
