Bobby Gaines Posted November 2, 2022 Share Posted November 2, 2022 Hi, Just finished restoring my 8" Jandus All Brass Fan I bought from Antique Fan Part. It was in pretty good shape, I bought it I had full intention of Polishing it up. I took it all apart,replaced the head wire , cleaned re insulated the stator and switch. Then removed the blued finish and buffed then polished it. Fab a steel ring to accommodate some rubber feet.Balanced and polished the blade. The cage was in pretty good shape just a little loose so I silver soldered the S wires to the back ring the polished it up. 4 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
