Steve Butler
I don’t generally buy fans I can’t pick up in person. This little guy was in a box lot of miscellaneous stuff and went very reasonable. The shipping from Vermont was almost as much as the lot. My hats off to UPS, they boxed the fan separately inside the large box per my request. Every item was individually wrapped and in perfect shape. The fan runs smooth on all three speeds. I love these little guys. It will be a nice bookend to it’s Colonial cousin on the “plant” shelf.

David Kilnapp
If you paid anything less than $450 for just the fan, you did very well indeed! Nice fan!

Thanks for the kind comments. Fan and shipping was $280. If I can sell some of the the stuff that came with it I’ll be even better. 👍
Vic Valencheck
Very nice Steve! If there's a switch assembly in there for a Colonial, I'd buy that from you. 😉

Russ Huber
In 1915 electrical trade announces the 8" cast iron stationary or oscillating models with universal brushed AC/DC motors. The 8" optional oscillating or stationary drawn steel models are for AC current. Steve was fortunate enough to get Peerless/Colonial 8" bookend AC cast iron models 1914 and retro offered for either alternating or direct current. 🙂 Edited November 19, 2022 by Russ Huber
