Jim Kovar
That patent has fascinated me ever since I first saw it many years ago in Paul Pierson's compilation of fan patents. Bought the two volume book at one of the Wichita FFs? How cool,... two armatures within the same series magnetic circuit... Concidered a single motor? Or two? As far as I know, the three drawings shown above are it,... no others. As were many patents of that era, I think the fan was only conceptual,... never produced. Someone!, please prove me wrong. I'd eat crow with a big smile. Edited February 24 by Jim Kovar

Russ Huber
The only one of the images I posted, including the posted in past Ketcher patent that can be proven manufactured is the Essex triad combination gyro/CF. They were placed on the market in 05. By 1909 Essex went belly up not paying their taxes.
