Rod Haynes Posted April 11, 2023 Posted April 11, 2023 I pulled out a Dallas Airplane Fan from the shelf where I put it over 25 years ago. Put power to it and it started fine several times then it stopped starting every time. It runs fine if I flip the prop. Any idea what to do. I would like it to work good so I can sell it. Quote
Russ Huber Posted April 11, 2023 Posted April 11, 2023 It could be something as simple as dirty/varnished start winding contacts. It must be a centrifugal start (mechanical start) motor. Quote
