What would be the best way to clean it? It is covered with cigarette smoke. Then should I use some type of polish?20230516_120546.jpg

I would think Murphys Oil Soap would be a good candidate.

I have used Murphy’s Oil Soap with success on cabinetry. Just follow the label instructions.

Once cleaned, use whatever polish or wax you favor, for wood finishes.

After the cleaning I tend to prefer Meguiars car wax on wood, I use it on my cars and radios.

Hey Steve,

I worked on a Mathis this past weekend and used a combination of Murphy's to clean and tried this Pledge Wood Oil for moisturizing.  The combo worked great.
