THAT ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE SOME SORT OF INDUSTRIAL FAN FOR MOUNTING AGAINST A SHUTTER OR GABLE VENT OF LARGE SIZE OR IT COULD BE AN ATTIC FAN FROM THE EARLIER DAYS ...ITS NOT A STANDARD WINDOW TYPE WITH SLIDE OUT PANELS ...HMMMMMMM

The blade set and louvers look similar to Mathis, but I've never seen a Mathis in a metal housing like the one pictured. Frankenfan?

I AM THINKING TOO IT IS PRETTY LARGE SIZE...MATHES COOLERS MUCH SMALLER...I THOUGHT MAYBE A CEILING HUNG HOUSING FROM A FACTORY HEATER UNIT...BUT THE FAN IS POINTING THE WRONG WAY AWAY FROM THE LOUVERS. THE HOUSING IS COVERED SO YOU CANT SEE THE OUTSIDE...HMMM
