What fan is this?

Anyone know what fan this is?  Never seen an oscillator "knob"  like that.

     Has to be one of the ArcticAire/Fasco variants.....

Thanks so much for that info on F.S. Smith Mfg.  I have a Royal Rochester and never did the research on to identify the mfg.
