...The Forbidden potato chip?

Not quite..

It's a cost effective way to make my own lamp covers

(for my line of lamp fans.)

Must use a certain type of plastic to maintain clarity.

An aluminum bakery thing was torn apart and used as the master press mould.

Sanyo,

Their Dynamic Wide blade,

Lasko used a very close Variant.

Mine is made after the Japan Domestic (USA import) version.

...I want to build fans like this:

(See enclosed PIC)

The SANYO:

"FANCY MOOD

.........FAN "

(PIC is from my saved interweb fan searches...

... "Fancy" high class version of SANYO fans.)

(I do Not  own a fan this fancy... not yet at least...) 🤔

...

...

...I've seen variants of these fans

with Sanyo's special stencil 4-wing blade.

Radio, clock and cassette tape player among the fullest options available! 😵😎

Don't forget the solid state infinite speed, timer, and adjustable oscillation

on applicable models 👍😎

Whew!

Still a whole world of fans out there... 💡

...Let's make a quick badge today:

Material: refuse plastic...

Key component on this one caught my eye:

(PICS)

...Carefully: remove and shape using

an imaginary near 90 degree angle reference point.

...Process:

Use cap and size the center... (where the logo will be)

Cut, sand, shape.

...Result:

Currently, it is just pressure fit together...

...for a more permanent build, a bit of glue will do.

Badge is vented type, closed center.

...I have...

...Hundreds of gear/ pulley/ etc...

...also thousands  of screws of all sizes...

...Certainly, there's a way to make use of them all???

???.... Perhaps improve and simplify my blade construction

in the process..?

(Kitty is my quality control today 😻)

SANYO  Blade, now in light neon effect Orange.

Depending on lighting and how you look at it, this blade will produce

a slight "Neon" effect glow.

...Been awhile:

So... What's new???

PIC:

IMG_20240515_101554_301.jpg

Yes,

Yet another "NEW" method added to my badge/ logo making design. 🤔💡💡

Very simple and economical method. 😎

I used that blue painter's tape

and a "regenerative" cutting board from

the Dollar Store...

...and my sharpest "X-ACTO" blades on hand.

...Not done just yet:

Basically, it is only a MASTER prototype stamper currently...

...Now for some action!

STAMP it using old mouse pad and my homemade

3-tier force distribution

hammer powered stamping array.

Material used: Aluminium foil.

...Completed:

Color via permanent marker.

This was my 1st ever attempt using this new method.
