A pristine Menominee ... and a "lamp fan."  They're unique; I've never had a lamp fan, but understand they're scarce.

Rob Schilz's collection is eclectic. Jim jokingly dubbed it the Rob Schilz Museum of Stuff. Rob owns a nice, early Westinghouse Tesla. The switch is a faithful reproduction made by Dave Dimitrion.

The food was spectacular. Fried fish on Friday night, pork for Saturday lunch and that evening a dinner of sloppy joes with all the fixins ... Hat's off to the chef.

Patrick Ray, left, aids Bill Fanum resolder the bars on a Westy Pancake rotor. Patrick heats the rotor edge with a MAPP gas torch immediately before Bill uses his soldering gun to resolder the rotor bars.

Very nice fan meet!  FWIW.....Eck and Diehl both were leaning on GE for an AC motor up until 12 to expand their fan motor line. Eck as in this example borrowed from both Diehl and GE. The only thing Eck about the fan is the badge and motor tag. 🙂 Both Diehl and Eck came out with their own AC motors same time in 13. Diehl brought out a whole new fan motor line 13, and Eck's first in house AC motor was on the oscillator only 13.
