GE Loop Handle Fans

Hello, new member here. Fairly new to the fan world as well.... I picked up several fixer upper candidates in a bundle from a picker yesterday, and i would like to see if i could gather some information on these two GE 12" loop handles. Specifically the age, and the differences of the 2, or just any other info you can offer while i continue to search the old threads. Both are CAT: 75423 and TYPE: AOU, The one on the left is FORM: AK1..... The other one is FORM: AE1..... Also the AE1 is significantly heavier than the other and I am curious of the difference there as well. Thanks

AE is 1925-1926 and the base is made of Cast Iron

AK is 1930-31 and is made of stamped steel

I don't think I've ever seen a GE Loop Handle that bolts on like that one of yours.  I've only seen the fully cast loop with handle on that style fan from any year (and they made them for a long time).

in my searches today I read in an older post that maybe for one year they did rivets in the handle? i myself of course am not well enough fan educated to confirm this just yet... but they do look like rivets
