24" Emerson fan blade help

Looking for tips and tricks on removing the blades off this very large Emerson pedestal fan. I already removed two set screws and soaked it in wd-40 but she's stuck on there pretty good.

Make sure there is not another set screw. A bunch (most) of those K60s put two set screws in one hole. You take the two 90 degees apart out & think you have it, surprise, one more in the same hole. After that I wedge two screwdrivers between the blade hub & motor, then slowly work back & forth. Never failed me yet.

I have a spare "gull wing" blade for a K60, I like the elephant ears better!!
