A tale of 2 Westinghouse fans

So this tale starts in 2021 when I was in St Augustine Florida for vacation and I went into a thrift shop and I laid eyes on a Westinghouse fan and the blades looked odd so I bought it for $32 and I brought back home and it was a Westinghouse model 12-FL-3 and it was non working and 2 years gone by and I went to a antique mall in Burlington NC and I saw another Westinghouse 12-FL-3 and it had all the parts and it worked so I bought it
