Is $100 a good deal for this fan? Any info is appreciated

Seller wants $100 for this fan. He says it runs great. What’s this worth? And what’s the date? Also, are they good fans?

It is a very good price for that GE AOU and it’s a brass blade and can you please give a picture of the tag on the base

That's a 16 inch GE AOU from 1920-26. The Form letter on the tag will narrow down the exact date.

$100 is a good price provided there are no serious issues with it. They are built like tanks, practically bulletproof, and move a LOT of air.

If that is a brass bell example they are built for 24/7 operation. The only problem you will experience is having to remove anything from the room it is running in that doesn't weigh at least 5 lbs. Fact Jack.
