Michael Bouthiller
So I was at the Sleepy Poet Antique Mall and I was mingling around and my mom called me and said they found a fan and I came to the aisle and it was a 16 inch Wizard cobweb guard fan and I said they are uncommon and I bought it for $70 IMG_6334.mov Edited August 8 by Michael Bouthiller

Paul Carmody
It’s rare to see one that still has the badge.Nice fan!
Geoff Dunaway
If the fan still oscillates when engaged to do so, that makes it an even better deal. I remember hearing the song those blades sing in the old neighborhood grocery in Conway, AR in the late 1950's as a kid who was already fan focused. James Lawson
You don't see as many of the 16-inchers of this cage style. Nice score! As for date, it's post-WWII. Probably late '40s, but someone might be able to narrow it better.

I have a 16" Bersted model that runs and oscillates very well and respected the fan enough I had the rear bullet cover chrome plated. Those blade wings are aluminum and will buff to a chrome like luster. Edited August 7 by Russ Huber
