Tim Babcock
I just saw a photo of a AUU GE fan. Although the tag did not say AUU it sure looks like one, but the tag says DV for model. Its also marked 32V DC. So do you need a converter to run this fan? I assume the wiring is not all that different.
Michael Rathberger
Not sure about "AUU" model but there's plenty of GE DCs. I even have a QB ped in DC. Depending on how you think about it or what fan, a DC fan is simpler, two head wires out of switch. I'd get it if good price. There's lots of alternatives for a power supply for 32V, a quick search will give you results.

Steve Butler
These power supplies are dirt cheap on eBay. Cut the end off and put a regular plug on it. It will make it direct current and the proper voltage all in one.
Levi Mevis
That would be a British Thomson Houston (I think I have the name correct) which is more or less the British counterpart to the American GE company.
