Nivola fan Capacitor help

 I am refurbishing the Nivola fan I picked up. there is an old can capacitor I pulled out. I don't know if it is in good condition but I am going to replace it either way. Can anyone help me with a replacement Cap?  I went to my local Electrical contractor shop and they did not have it so I am going to have to source it on line. Thanks for any help.

I would think that a ceiling fan capacitor would work, or even a motor run capacitor from an old garage door opener might work as well.

I buy oval or round run capacitors made in the US by Amrad; bought individually from Amazon. Their increments are whole microfarads, so you'll just have to go with 6 mf if you go that route. The link below is their catalog webpage:
