Toilet Bowl Oscillator gear removal

Anyone know how to get this out?

Removed the oscillator wheel and cross gear.  Removed housing from fan.  Don't see a set screw unless it's inside the small drain hole in the side.

I cant recall exactly but here are my old reference photos. Think press on lower wheel to push gear upwards where pin can be accessed

Here's a spare Dayton. Do you have this port on side? That's where mine was.

Yes,  got it out.  Thanks to all.

There is nothing under the gear.  

Chris I see a spring in your picture,  does that go under the gear?

Also has this wedge shaped rubber seal.  Suggestions on replacing?

On the old site they recommended graphite packing like on a faucet. I did same...

I think the spring was for brushes. Mine are DCs.
