The pictures stink but it didn't look modern but it could be as reproduction stuff is readily available these days.   Maybe one day I can make it back by there.   it was an old gas station.   everything else in there was 1930's looking.

Did my cursory hunt.  It looks like a 5 blader which is new stuff.  Looks similar to this China made Minka aire classica antique style.

Might also be Quorum, hard to say on the blades but could be customized.  I recommend putting the camera right up to the glass to reduce glare and/or cup your hand to block the ambient light.  Anyways as mentioned it is 5 blades, China makes a slew of fans of this style.  Rare, probably not, looks nice, yes.
