What size are the U-Drive screws for an Emerson 79646-AP-G ? Updated

Anyone know the correct size of the U-Drive screws  for this model?  I need them to attach a new motor tag.  Oh, they’re silver color so the either steel or aluminum is my guess.  Along with a motor tag there is another tag on the base that needs 2 brass ones.  (It’s not the curved ID tag, it was one added by the government)

Where to buy would be nice too.  (McMaster Carr?). A 7/64” drill bit fits the hole.  Looked up drive screws it appears to be a #5, but may be a #4.  Anyone out there know?  I actually need just a few, say 6 for the motor tag in steel, and 4 for another tag in brass.   Any Emerson folks out there have any?

Bumping this…..someone has got to know this info, or may have a few spares they could part with.
They’re silver/steel.

Also - Anyone have a couple of the “T” shaped cotter pins for attaching the worm drive to the rotor shaft ?

Use a brass round head Brad. Type U Drive Screws are steel. Very hard to remove.

Hmmm….didn’t know that.  There was no tag on this motor but the original drive screws were still in the motor.  I tapped the out from the inside with a small 90 degree scribing tool.  I’m wondering how brass would look with the silver/black motor tag…but, then again, I could always touch them up with some black paint.

You wouldn’t happen to know what the size is would ya ?  (In case I muck them up trying to reinstall them with the new tag Ron should be making soon.

I don’t know what size. U Drive Screws were used to hold tags in equipment that were very hard to remove. On a fan it only needs to hold on a thin motor tag. I bet the pins come in zinc plated.
