I did a few more scans and got lucky. The 09 Dayton had a pivot desk and bracket feature. The question is, what was that pivot? Notice the back brushed universal motor.

Now, when did Dayton introduce the AC centrifugal start with the Univeral brushed motor AC in 09? The centrifugal start mechanism was dropped in 12 for sure per electrical trade.
