Dave Hoatson
Likely 240 or 250 vdc. But, with clean bearings, it should be able to run as low as maybe 40 volts. 120 vdc would run fine. Antique DC fans can run very well, and are cool and rare, but often need rewinding. I had a 1910 Dayton armature rewound, with new commutator, for less than $200.
