Missing the mechanical oscillator/specialty cage and pins that screw into base. Appears to have the original cord. Brass plate label states: "Western Electric Company, Hawthorne, Formerly Victor, Alternating Current Fan Motor, 100-110 Volts, 60 Cycles, Style No. W-134058, Serial No. 157339, MANUFACTURED BY OWNERS OF PATENT, DEC. 26, '93 - OCT. 9. '06" The fan cage has 10 spines, a center medallion GE logo, 4 brass blades, ~14" Diameter, cage can swivel on the heavy cast iron base.
